Toyota A/C Repair in Sheboygan, WI
Stay Cool on the Road in Sheboygan
Wisconsin summers get hot and humid fast, and driving without air conditioning is no fun. At Dahl Toyota Sheboygan, our certified team will get your A/C blowing ice-cold again so you can ride in comfort.
Complete Auto A/C Care & Recharge
Your car's air conditioner relies on several working parts, from the compressor to tiny rubber seals. Over time, leaks develop or refrigerant runs low. Instead of just adding a quick top-off, we run thorough leak and pressure tests to fix the root cause.
Whether you drive a RAV4, Camry, Tundra, or a hybrid, our certified mechanics use modern tools to safely inspect and repair your entire climate system.
- Electronic leak detection and system pressure testing
- Safe refrigerant evacuations and precise recharges
- Compressor repairs and cabin air filter replacements
Catching small leaks early prevents expensive damage down the road—especially to your compressor.
We always use Genuine Toyota Parts designed specifically for your vehicle to keep things running right.

Is Your A/C Trying to Tell You Something?
If you notice any of these common warning signs, it’s time to bring your vehicle in for a quick checkup:
Warm or Lukewarm Air
If your vents aren't blowing cold even on maximum settings, you likely have low refrigerant or a faulty compressor.
Musty Vents
Bad smells usually mean moisture is trapped near your cabin filter or evaporator core, promoting mildew growth.
Odd Noises
Grinding or squealing sounds when turning on the A/C often point to a worn belt or failing compressor clutch.
