Working on buying my 2nd Subaru in about 1 1/2 years. My brother liked the Outback I had brought last year with Travis. So I went back and brought a Forester. I really like working with Dave and Travis. They know their Subaru vehicles January 2023 my brothers and I stopped the dealership just after closing. Dave stopped and talked to my brother and I. I brought the Outback with Travis helping me and now Dave is helping me.
Worst Toyota service experience ever back in March 2024. They had our vehicle for 5 days and only called us once at the end of the first day. Service agent and Service manager never returned calls or text messages. Because they never updated us or returned our calls they left us without a car for the weekend and no idea the status or our vehicle, Monday morning we went in and picked up our car without the work being completed. No acknowledgement or apology for not communicating with us. As it turns out it appears they were trying complete and charge us for services that were not necessary. If you want good service I recommend traveling to Heiser Toyota in Milwaukee.
This Dealership convinced me to drive one hour to view a vehicle that was already sold! I asked them to confirm if the vehicle was available and to make sure I didn't drive their without reason. They said the vehicle was available. I even gave them my cell phone to call if they changed their mind and the vehicle was not viewable. I drove from Green Bay to Sheboygan and after being their for 30 minutes looking at the vehicle, they informed me that it had already been sold. Very unprofessional and very discourteous. They even tried to try and sell me another vehicle after I told them I was not interested in any other vehicle than the one that I drive their to see.
Our sales person was only concerned about selling the car, very pushy and poor customer service skills. I was willing to put $500 down for him to hold the car until next day. We drove my husband's car to Sheboygan, had to run all the way back to Manitowoc to get my car, which we were trading in. He was pushing us, will you buy the car without trade in he kept asking us. At that point we should have walked away and went to Sommers Subaru in Mequon WI.
I requested 3 times that one of your reps call me to discuss more specifics on the Baja. I live 600 miles away and wanted more answers before scheduling an appointment. All I ever got was more emails wanting me to schedule an appointment to come in. I even called myself and left a message, but no one called.
International Subaru was great and I actually enjoyed the sales transaction because the dealership is true to their words. Sage was available and responded quickly and politely through the process. I couldn’t be happier and we love our 2022 Outback.
Got online quote, they said would match ANY offer. Got the bait & switch and said they would lose money if they matched the deal BS
The salesperson was more than knowledgeable. He went rhe second mile with explanation. When I actually purchased the vehicle he repeated the inservice I left feeling confident I could handle my new car Jarod was great
I drove off in my new Subaru 2/27. I called the next day to inform them that I was charged the wrong tax rate resulting in an overcharge of over $100. They said I they would get a check out immediately. I waited until 3/18 and called again. I was told they are sorry and the check would go out immediately. (SEE A PATTERN) It is now 4/2 and I still have no money. I was also told if I test drive the car I get a $50 gift card. I haven't seen or heard a thing about that. I did give the code to my sales guy Taylor who said he would take card of this. That was on 2/27. Sure didn't let me leave the dealership without getting their money.
Kevin was patient and listened to what I was looking for, and we ended up with a great deal as I transferred from a sedan back into a Subaru SUV. Very happy with the experience!
Kevin and the staff at International Auto made this my best car buying experience EVER. They were all very friendly. Kevin LISTENED to exactly what my needs were and what I wanted and he made it all happen in less than an hour and a half from the moment I walked into the dealership!! I was very impressed and I absolutely LOVE my new Subaru Forester! I will definitely go back to them for any needs and highly recommend Kevin and the Subaru staff at International Auto in Sheboygan for all your Subaru needs.
Horrible service. I called and spoke to an internet sales rep to make an appointment to test drive a car I found on the internet. Was told the car was still available and made an appointment the next day at 1:00pm to test drive it. I was 1.5 hours away so I wanted to be sure it was there. On the way to the dealership I called and spoke to the same sales rep at 11:30am to tell her I would be there about 30 minutes early (12:30pm) and was told that she would let my salesman know. Once I got there I was told by a salesman that the vehicle is in the shop and not available to look at until Monday. The salesman told me that he called and left a voicemail and 9:30am to tell me, which was not true because I had never received a call. Drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to be told this.
My wife and I have purchased two Subaru vehicles with the help of Gary Meyer. He is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Shawn and Ben in service also go out of their way to be helpful. International Subaru has earned our loyalty. Tom
